Immediately following the session.
“When do we order?” We encourage that you order immediately following the session. We suggest that you discuss what is needed wtih your manager before your session, so that we can complete your order as soon as possible. Not knowing what is needed will cause delays in finishing your order.

The primary focus of our studio is to sell high quality photographic prints of what we create, however we do also sell our business clients digital files. When you purchase a digital file, you are purchasing limited rights to it's use. If you have questions, please ask so that there is no confussion concerning what you wish to purchase.
“How long does it take after we order to get our finished portraits?” We usually have our business portraits completed in seven to ten days. We will, of course, contact you if your portraits get done. We also can rush orders for an additional fee if there is an immediate need for the portraits.
“Is there a minimum order?” There is not a minimum order.
“How do we know when our final order is ready to be picked up?” We will either call you, send an email or drop you a note in the mail. Let us know which you prefer at your session. Make sure you give us the appropriate method of contact so that we don't have delays in reaching you.
“What do I do when my portraits are ready?” After we notify you that your order is ready, just call us and let us know when you will be stopping by so that we can have it ready for you to pick up. Your order will need to be paid in full before you pick it up, unless we are billing it to your company. Orders left at the studio for 30 days past your initial notification may be subject to a $3 per month storage fee. The studio will not be responsible for orders left at the studio beyond 60 days.
“What if I want my order shipped to me?” If you would like your final order shipped you via UPS, please let us know. There is a $10 - $15 shipping and handling fee per shipping location. This fee also includes product insurance. The order must be paid in full prior to shipping, unless we are billing your company.
