Welcome to Giles Photography & The Frame Works • Eau Claire, Wisconsin

For those who are not familiar with our Prom & Dance Portraits, I'd like to give a brief overview what we offer.

First, your dance portraits will be photographed by Tom Giles. Second, we offer packages starting at only $15 for couples and for small groups of 3 to 8, you will get a 5x7 of each for only $5 per person. We will also do a group portrait of the court and we offer 8x10s of the court for only $10 each. If you are interested in our services, please contact us as early as possible.

Order & Re-Order Forms for Dances & Proms, that we have on our schedule
for the current school year, are available by clicking here: DANCE ORDER FORMS
“Do you charge a fee to photograph couples at our dance?” No. Our only payment is by the couples and small groups that we photograph. There is no charge to the school for our services.
“How much does it cost?” We offer packages that start at $15 and include 2 5x7s and 8 wallet portraits. There are more packages to choose from with varing size portraits and price. We also will photograph small groups from 3 - 8 people. The groups cost $5 per person and you will each receive a 5x7 of the group portrait.
“How long will you be at the dance?” We are usually at the dance from the time it starts until a half hour after the Grand March. We will stay later if there are couples waiting to be photographed.
“Do you photograph the court and the King and Queen?” Yes we will photograph both. We offer special pricing for an 8x10 of the court and the King and Queen may order from our regular packages for couples.
“What about photographs for the yearbook and local papers?” We take care of both. We provide you with forms with information on the King and Queen and we submit that to the newspapers of your choice the week following the dance. We will also provide your yearbook with prints of both the court and the King & Queen. The advisor will need to let us know what size they need to be and if the yearbook would like them in color or black and white .
“I've heard that the dance photographs are back to our school shortly after the dance. Is this correct?” Yes. We usually have the photographs delivered to your school before the end of the week following the dance.
“Can we order more photos later?” Yes, but the re-order price is higher than the package prices for your order at the dance. Save money and order a bigger package at the dance..
“What about a background for portraits?” We have a number of backgrounds that we have had painted specifically for proms and dances. If you would like to create your own, you may, but we would rather use one of our own. If you create the background, we are not responsible for putting the background back up if it falls down. Also some materials used on the floor can be slippery and dangerous for girls in heels.

Let us know what your theme is and we can work together to come up with the best solution.

“What if I get my final order back and there is something wrong with my order?” Tell us! Please! We want you to love your dance portraits. Anything less is unacceptable. If you didn't receive your entire order or received someone elses portraits, please let us know so that we can correct the problem..
“What is all this stuff about copyrights?” The images you purchase are property of Giles Photography. The images are protected by the revised U.S. Copyright Statute of January 1, 1978 (Title 17 of the U.S. Code) and may not be copied (either photographically or on a copy machine), scanned, or reproduced in any way without written permission of the photographer. Permission to copy may be granted upon payment of a minimum copy charge of $500 per original image for any photographic reproduction. Illegal reproductions are punishable by federal law.
“But I bought it, it’s mine...right?” No. You purchased copies of the image. Giles Photography retains all rights to the original image.
“What if I have more questions?” Your questions are important to us. We are available to answer your questions during our normal studio hours at 715.834.2993 or toll free at 877.TW.GILES (877.894.4537). We are open Tuesday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You can leave a message 24 hours a day or you can e-mail us at info@gilesphoto.com with any questions and we’ll be sure to get back to you!
